I felt the need to return to textiles for a moment and had visions of rough burlap with silky vibrant yarns. So after a few days of thought, drawings and researching yarn and burlap alternatives I'm very excited to show these! Burlap coffee bags are re-purposed as canvas for compositions made with sari fabric strips and various lush wool and cotton yarns. A specail thanks to Batdorf Bronson Coffee Roasters for the bags and 10% of each piece will go to www.coffekids.org charity.
